Tragic events are one thing -
once we hit landmark numbers and years
such as 2025, it is mandatory
to underline and highlight
through all the proper channels:
1975 - it was the Lake Superior
saddest of possible unforeseen events
1945 - it was the end of war
welcome by all ~ even
Communists
It is no wonder that they'd
commemorate that, in 2025
surrendered back then...

For the rest of us...
